Chlorophyll Digital provides an integrated suite of services categorized into four primary pillars:

3. Cloud Subscriptions & User Accounts

To access certain SaaS or orchestration tools, you may be required to create an account.

• Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information for the purpose of subscription management. Use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Chlorophyll Digital is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AI can produce “hallucinations” or factual errors; Chlorophyll Digital is not responsible for damages resulting from unverified AI reliance.

• Operational Decisions: Chlorophyll Digital is not liable for business, agricultural, or technical outcomes resulting from the use of our tools.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chlorophyll Digital’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Federal Law Acknowledgement & Risk

• Conflict of Law: You acknowledge that cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under the U.S. Controlled Substances Act. Its manufacture, distribution, and possession are illegal under federal law.

• No Guarantee of Immunity: Our Services assist with state-level compliance but do not insulate you from federal investigation, prosecution, or asset forfeiture.

• Regulatory Responsibility: You maintain sole responsibility for ensuring your business activities comply with all state and local Minnesota regulations.

8. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use Chlorophyll Digital’s infrastructure to:

• Generate deceptive AI content, “deepfakes,” or medical claims that violate Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) guidelines.

• Facilitate the sale or transport of cannabis products across state lines.

• Engage in bulk unsolicited outreach (spam) or predatory data scraping.

• Attempt to “jailbreak” or inject malicious prompts into our AI orchestration layers.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Isanti County, MN.
